1. Water melon carving was featured each morning.

2. The presentation of shrimp (prawns) I thought was really outstanding.
I particularly liked the squiggly red garnish. It is so simple yet so effective.

3. The simplicity of this preparation of Calamari entrée really took my attention. And it wasn’t the calamari sitting on the mash. It was the chocolate coloured ‘half moon’ garnishing that I found so impressive.

4. This presentation of Pork Medallions also was delightfully different. The small sprig of greenery standing in the potato was a nice touch. But I thought the green ‘dot style’ garnish around the plate was an incredibly simple yet effective idea.
